A large calendar in a Thickbox ?
Hello dear friends,
In talking with Laurent, about the CSS styles of the future version, that the idea came. Laurent submit me a solution to a problem we have with the large calendar. It is to put it in a Thickbox!
I found the idea very appealing and I could not help but to test this possibility. Having found the result so pretty soon I quickly apply it to my blog, for example.
Thus, you will notice a new Wordpress page in the menu at the top of the page you are reading : “Thickbox Calendar”
Then click on it.
And tell me what you think ….

As I told you on my last mail I will vote for this solution. The large calendar in the thickbox is excellent.
Yes, but I would apply this also to events in the mini-calendar (an option to check if we want to have the list of all events of one day). What do you think ?
Hello Benjamin,
I do not understand your comment. For a list of all events in one day, whether by Tooltips or Thickbox, is already the case from many versions
Little idea : A link for the lightbox in the mini-calendar and/or in the “All events list” widget
If its an option beside including the calendar in a wp-page it’s nice to have, but not as the only solution because of accessibility.
Best regards
C.
GOD! Very, very god!!!
Excelent!
Hello cabotine,
I agree with you. It is the designer of the blog to know what he wants. And the options are there to help
Would be great to choose what type of thickbox js we are using.
It will be more relevant with the others lightbox, smoothbox, shadowbox js installed in our wp.
For example, I’m using shadowbox for my images. It would make sense that the calendar will use the same effect …
